Possession: 3 v 1 Transition Box Grid 20 x 10 yards • Split teams into 2 groups of 3. • The defending team sends 1 player into the other grid when coach serves ball. • 3 passes equals 1 pt. in possession. • If defender kicks it out of bounds, coach serves new ball in to other grid. Teams switch roles. • At all times one team sends 1 defender into other teams grid. • 1 pt. if defender can win ball and send it back to their own team. Possible Coaching Points Use the entire space when keeping possession. Support your teammates at smart angles. If you win the ball, find a teammate. Guided Question - What should you do if you win the ball from the attacking team?
