GENERAL INFORMATION -OFFICIAL SCOREKEEPER-provided by home team. -Please locate behind the backstop/the catcher. Fill out all information: team name, opponent, division, league, field & game time -Print names of players, their numbers, and positions. All players are placed on scoresheet and will bat in this order throughout the game regardless of field position changes. -Each team is requested to furnish the opposing team with a scoresheet with their line-up -GAME TIME– scratch off those not there. Put “game time” on scoresheet. -LATE PLAYERS may enter the game at the coaches discretion. Must notify the umpire and the scorekeeper first and be placed at the bottom of the line-up. Late players must play the required playing time. -COACHES: Report field changes to official scorekeeper so they can fill in small corner box. - EJECTIONS- must be noted by scorekeeper on scoresheet. - HOME TEAM is responsible for turning in scoresheets to the concession stand.
T-Ball only -Bat line-up regardless of number of outs. -All players will play 2 one-half innings in the field. TIME LIMIT- one hour - must stop immediately at 7:00 regardless of what inning or the score. -LAST BATTER must be announced – if not announced anything that may have happened is erased and the batter bats over. ****** 5-PITCH ONLY TIME LIMIT- one hour -All players will play at least 3 consecutive outs in the field. – -INNING consist of 3 outs or 6 runs per inning.

BATTER OUT OF ORDER SCOREKEEPERS need to call for time out when batters are out of order and correct the situation. 1. If in batters box - REPLACE WITH CORRECT BATTER (ASSUMES COUNT) 2. Wrong Batter bats, next batter gets up, pitcher HAS NOT PITCHED ball to next batter. Proper batter is out. Next batter in lineup becomes proper batter 3. Wrong batter bats, next batter gets up, pitcher pitches at least one ball. Improper batter becomes legal. Next batter becomes proper batter.
