On September 10, 2014, the Frederick Association of School Support Employees (FASSE) and the Board of Education of Frederick County (Board) entered into a Negotiated Agreement (Agreement). The terms
of the Agreement state that is shall remain in full force and effect from July

The parties, by their signatures below, agree to amend the Agreement in accordance with the following terms for the 2oL6-2OL7 school vear:

SALARY SCHEDULES
As of J uly 1,201,6, all pay scales herein shall be increased by 2.06% COLA on the current pay scale. The 2016-2017 Support Employee Salary Scale is attached as Appendix A.
Additional information regarding pay scales can be accessed through FCPS Human Resource Department. Eligible employees will advance an increment on the pay scale. For the 2015-2016 school Vear, the increment will occur on December 1, 2015. The parties agree that the employee's contribution for increased health insurance premium for the 2015-2016 school vear will be effective on December L5,2Ot5. Salary compensation for all employees shall be paid by direct deposit to a financial
institution designated by the employee. The same equivalent percentage of augmentation, granted to FCTA will be applied to the existing educational support salary scales.
NoTE: Forthe 201r6-20L7 school year, employeeswill not be eligible to receive an rncrement. ARTICLE VIII

MISCELLANEOUS
FCPS and FASSE agree to establish a subcommittee to review the current tuition reimbursement amount and make recommendations for changes or increases.
This Addendum is dated July 13, 2016 and shall be retroactive from July 1, 2016. All other terms of the Agreement dated September 10, 2014 shall remain in full force and effect.
