For the dredging of a sea water intake canal and the dredging of an additional discharge and dispersion canal.
Term:
Initial Term of 30 years beginning on June 28, 2016 and ending on June 27, 2046.
Options:
Two (2) additional 10 year extension terms if exercised.

$10.00 other good and valuable consideration

Remarks:
This Dredging Easement is being granted to facilitate the construction and operation of M&G Resin’s $1billion PET plastics and PTA plastics plant and is part of a series of agreements associated with the economic incentives contemplated at the time M&G Resins selected the Port of Corpus Christi for the siting of the plant.
