Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd. (SLTL) proud to present High Power Fiber Laser Sheet Metal Cutting System in addition to existing BRAHMASTRA series of High Power CO2 Laser Cutting System. SLTL offers working area suitable to all Sheet Metal processing needs starting from 1250 mm x 1250 mm to 6000 mm x 2000 mm and even more on request, integrated with Fiber Laser with power upto 2000 W and CO2 Laser upto 6000 W.

Brahmastra can be integrated with advance high power fiber laser or timehonored CO2 laser. Fiber Laser offers following advantage for sheet metal processing:
Brahmastra is well designed with operating panel placed ergonomically. Working area in Brahmastra is having 4side safety enclosure and 3 sides open in marking in loading-unloading area. Structural design is such that it can withstand heavy loads & damping along with aesthetic of the machine. Fiber laser is also safer for operator, as it is not absorbed as easily by human body like Co2

Auto Height & Position Adjustments: Auto Height Adjustments control distance between cutting nozzle and work piece. Finest cutting is achieved even if the sheet has waviness. Sheet position is ascertained and transmitted to controller; hence no repositioning of sheet is required. Also cutting head is designed in such a way that it can be replaced easily and quickly to accommodate any thickness sheet.

Control & Software: Siemens 810D/840D PC based controller with easy user interface fully closed loop system. Software displays position & feed information, use cycle directory, alarm messages, tool diameter compensation, program & subroutine directory, cutting parameters etc… Nesting Software is also incorporated to optimize use of material and complete material management. Online help can also be provided via Modem on request.

Motion System: Brahmastra is available with variants like Linear Drive, Precise Rack & Pick and Ball Screw Mechanism to suit your sheet processing needs. Also auto pallet system with single pallet or dual pallet changer system is incorporated to eliminate downtime on loading & unloading of sheet.
