KEY INGREDIENTS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS QQ. Do Energy Fizz Sticks contain caffeine and if so, how much? AA. Each sachet contains 55 mg total caffeine. This product is to be enjoyed by adults only. QQ. What are B-group vitamins? AA. Nicotinamide (B3), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6), pantothenic acid (B5), and cyanocobalamin (B12) are classified as B-group vitamins and are readily utilised by the body for many different processes. B vitamins are water soluble and are therefore not stored by the body. Situations may arise where additional supplementation may be required. QQ. How much sugar is in each serve of Energy Fizz Sticks? AA. There is less than 2 grams of sugar per stick pack. When mixed with 250 mL of water, the amount of sugar is much less compared to a 250 mL serving of a soft drink, which can contain approximately 26 grams of sugar.
