Conditions of Entry: 1. Theme: any theme that is related to the 11th Asian Community Games 2015 programs including Opening Ceremony. 2. Work specification: each participant can submit their photo work in 4R (4”x 6”) black & white or color photos are both acceptable. The number of photo submitted is unlimited. On the back of the photo please put your full name, address, email, and contact phone number. 3. Eligibility: Participants from all communities are welcome. With the exception of staffs, committee members, judges and their families are not permitted to participate. Organizers and sponsors remain the right to decide all submission eligibility. 1 of 2 | P a g e
4. Registration Form: participants must fill, sign and submit their forms by May 30th, 2015. Register online at www.acgames.ca under volunteer applications. 5. Copyright: All submitted photographs are considered as the original products of the applicant. Any legal right and copyright will be the responsible & liability of the applicant. The organizers and its committee members will not be liable and be released from any legal and copyright. The applicant permits and without charge any fees for the organizers – Sing Fai Sports Club & Asian Community Games to use these photographs on all promotion materials on magazines, newspapers, radios, TV channels, flyers, DVD and websites. 6. Privacy: The organizers will respect and observe the Privacy Act of Canada 7. Notification: Judges will examine the works and results will be notified by email. Results are non-negotiable once they are finalized. 8. Return of submitted work: Works will not be returned once submitted, unless participant pay for delivery fee. 9. Entry Fee: No fee will be charged, ACG will provide a pass for the day of entrance. 10. Judges: representative of Sing Fai Sports Club and Chinese Canadian Photographic Society of Toronto will be responsible. 11. Prize: Gold, Silver, Bronze medals and Merit Awards will be distributed to the top Five. 12. Submission: All works must submit to: SING FAI SPORTS CLUB at 77 City Centre Drive, Suite 501, East Tower, Mississauga ON L5B 1M5. 13. Submission Deadline: July 15th, 2015 All submitted participants are assumed to have agree upon all rules above.
