Prior to this release, it was possible to VMRS code the Correction (Work Accomplished codes) in the case per operation. This release adds VMRS coding of the Cause (Technician’s Failure codes).

When editing an operation, provides ability to select a Technician’s Failure code for the operation from a drop down menu in the VMRS tab Displays the VMRS code and description of the code

Email templates enable fleets and providers to customize the content and structure of notification emails from ASIST. Additional fields have been added to increase the content that can be included.

Enables adding a document to a case at the time that service is requested, as opposed to creating a case first, then opening it and adding a document in the attachments section.

When sending a service request, enables attaching an existing electronic document to the request with a description. This document will be accessible in the Attachments section of the case by the fleet and the provider and will be listed with the description, file size and a date/time stamp of when the document was attached. Saves time by having the ability to add all pertinent information to a case at the time the case is created. Can attach a work order, service agreement, warranty document, diagnostic results, photo, etc. Saves time by having all necessary information in a case when it is first opened.
