Box Cushion Construction 102 It is mandatory to have the following items purchased and pre-cut PRIOR to the beginning of class.

• Foam base pre-cut to size (minimum size 18”L x 18”W x 2”D / maximum size 60”L x 24”W x 4”D) • 1/2” Batting for top and bottom area of cushion • Piping Cord (4 x Cushion Length + 4 x Cushion Width + 6” extra) • Fabric (to cover area of top, bottom, two sides and two ends of cushion + additional 1/2 - 1 yard for piping + extra 1/4 yard overage) • Invisible Zipper • Thread Please also purchase or bring your own Sewing Kit including: • Fabric Scissors • Thread Snips • Straight Pins • Seam Ripper • Yardstick • Chalk, fabric marking pen or pencil • 18” Transparent Grid Quilting Ruler (optional, but highly recommended) • Sewing Machine Needles Sewing Machine (preferred) Piping Foot
