RESOLUTION NO. 16 WELLNESS COMMITTEE RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the Bonner County Board of Commissioners implemented a Wellness Committee by Resolution 11-91 on September 27, 2011; and
WHEREAS, this program requires the appointment of members for the establishment of program promotion of events and wellness education; and
WHEREAS, Wendy Cockerham has resigned from the Wellness Committee; and WHEREAS, Shelley Munson has expressed a desire to be appointed to the Wellness Committee for a two-year term; and
WHEREAS, each elected official and Department Head shall have the opportunity to appoint a representative from his/her department to serve on the Wellness Committee for a twoyear term with the option of reappointment; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Bonner County Board of
Commissioners of Bonner County, Idaho that Wendy Cockerham is hereby removed from the Wellness Committee and Shelley Munson is hereby appointed to the Wellness Committee for a two-year term effective this 15th day, March 2016: Name

Description: Bonner County formed the Wellness Committee by passage of Resolution #11-91. September 27,2011. Bonner County recognizes that our employees are our greatest asset and created the committee to develop and promote wellness initiatives for our employees. We are requesting the appointment of the following member: Shelley Munson, Clerk's Office for a two-year term beginning 03/15/2016 and ending 03/14/2018. Additionally, Wendy Cockerham, representative from Clerk's Office, has resigned from the committee.
Distribution: Original to BOCC Office, copy to HR/RM, copy to reappointed members
A suggested motion would be: Mr. Chairman based on the information before us, I move
to approve Resolution 16accepting the resignation of Wendy Cockerham from the Wellness Committee and appointing Shelley Munson for a two-year term beginning 03/15/2016 and ending 03/14/2018.
