U8/9 - $130 per team
U10/11 - $175 per team
U12/13 - $225 per team
U14/15 - $225 per team (8v8)
On-line registration available April 03 - May 14th, 2017
Requirements:
1) All CVSC teams must provide volunteers to assist in administering the tournament. (Volunteers must be 14 years of age or older) Field Marshall Parking Concessions Registration U8/9

U10/11 3 Tournament Volunteers, 1 Setup or Teardown Volunteer U12/13 3 Tournament Volunteers, 1 Setup or Teardown Volunteer U14/15 3 Tournament Volunteers, 1 Setup or Teardown Volunteer 2)

All coaches must have a coach’s pass and all players must have a player pass and medical release form. Each team must also provide a certified state roster to be kept at registration tent. All players must play 50% of each game. All coaches should ask their team to participate before placing their Child on another team as a guest player. Check the rules for team composition and other requirements.
