General Information
Conform DP is a tank mix adjuvant formulated to provide optimal pesticide spray performance by enhancing deposition of the spray application. Conform DP contains Quantum™ Technology, an innovative adjuvant technology that has an affinity for pesticide active ingredients. Conform DP suppresses off-target drift of spray applications by providing a more uniform pattern and velocity of the spray droplets.
Directions For Use
Always read and follow label instructions of accompanying pesticide product.
Conform DP maximizes pesticide performance by improving spray coverage and through enhanced retention and infiltration of the targeted leaf surface. Many factors affect off target drift such as spray boom height, nozzle configuration, spray pressure, temperature, wind and thermal inversion.
If Swallowed: Call a doctor or get medical attention. Do not induce vomiting. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Avoid alcohol. If on Skin: Wash affected area with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation occurs, get medical advice/attention. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. If Inhaled: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a poison center or doctor/physician if you feel unwell.

For Direct Injection
Conform DP can be applied through injection systems when added to one of the system’s chemical injection tanks. An in-line mixing chamber is recommended. • First, add Conform DP to the chemical injection tank; • Second, pump the correct amount of Conform DP into the line;
If in Eyes: Rinse continuously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do; continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention.
• Third, pump the proper amount of water, pesticide, fertilizer and other adjuvants into the line, for mixing with Conform DP and chemicals, before going into the spray boom.

Add Conform DP after pesticides or other adjuvants are introduced to spray mixture but prior to completing the filling of the spray tank. Before making large scale applications, conduct a jar test containing all ingredients to confirm compatibility.
The Manufacturer warrants only that the chemical composition of this product conforms to the ingredient statement given on the label, and that the product is reasonably suited for the labeled use when applied according to the Directions for Use. Neither Manufacturer or Seller makes any other express or implied warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed. Any damages arising from a breach of the Manufacturer’s warranty shall be limited to direct damages, shall not include indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profits or values, and shall not, in any event, exceed the purchase price of this package of product. The addition of an adjuvant to some pesticides may increase the risk of phytotoxicity to certain susceptible crops, especially during periods of high humidity or other circumstances which may increase the activity of spray solutions.
