Customer Advocate 2nd Line Support Location: Warsaw, Al. Jana Pawła II 23

RESPONSIBILITIES ● ●







Provide 2nd line support for existing clients of the company’s web based application. Interact with Sales, Account Managers and Level 1 support to both mentor and help solve issues. Assess, troubleshoot, and report back on customer issues, as well as documenting ongoing challenges for further analysis. Interact with Product management, Engineering and Operations for both problem escalation and to keep up to date on new features. Provide sql queries and reports for in-house users.

MUST HAVE ●

Previous experience working in Customer Support as a 2nd Line Support specialist (2 years minimum). Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills. Experience in developing and testing SQL scripts to query and manipulate data. Experience with MySQL. Strong investigative skills in complex software infrastructure. Good knowledge of English. Understanding of programming fundamentals. Ideally knowledge of support software – such as ZenDesk.
