Silver City Report Events Motions Next Meeting
Currently have 44 registrations, many from Online Registration Boys and Girls Club reserved for Sat March 1 First Aid Meeting scheduled for April 12 9am at clubhouse Followed by Mandatory coaches meeting 2D registration available for kids in schools in our district even if they don’t LIVE in our district Old business- We should consider adding our Bi-laws, expectations and goals to the coaches pages. Chad will send to Melissa for posting and potential distribution on the coaches page and board section of website New business- still need a Majors Director May 30th Rock cats Family Fun Day May 31st Rock cats concession day – percentage of funds raised from concession is given to EWLL (Tim & Oli, Chad & Christine, Lisa, Melissa, Joe P, John) Dicks Sponsorship- Joe talking to them re bags- getting $500 gift card , potential field sign, will be giving us “stuff” for Family Fun day Joe suggested considering a Movie night at the field Jen sent out an email about keys an equipment needing to be returned Old Business- Sean Dean has been nominated as the T/C director for this year Pete as a possible for Director role? Once Division directors are appointed they will decide as far as the ‘rules’ for the officials as far as division New Business- Melody Bennet voted in as Concessions Director Still need Majors director Travel program discussion in progress with Jim Ruff Spring PMT (insurance) for travel needed by 3/1 Melissa coordinating and working with Theresa Kosovic for pictures Motion to add Melody to the Board as Concession Manager Motion to add Brian Guyette to the Board as general member Sunday March 2, 2014 at Café Dolce 10am
