Daily Goal Tracker & Gratitude Journal Here is where you’ll find your daily goal tracker. You will see that I have your Monthly goals at the top. These should be written every day. Why? To remind you of your purpose and intentions for this month. So many times we write down our goals and then we let them go, without taking another look. When we see the goals every day, it helps us to stay focused. You’ll feel clearer as you go through the day when you’re focusing on what you want to accomplish rather than tasks that aren’t money generating tasks. When thinking about your goals and creating your goals, remember to include business related goals that will bring you closer to your business and financial goals. Also, I would create 1 or 2 goals that are personal. For example: 2 of my goals are to work out 4 times a week and to meditate. Those help me keep my body and mind healthy and I wouldn’t be able to get work done if I’m not in the right state of mind or if I am feeling sluggish all the time.

Gratitude Journal What I’m grateful for today. Use the format of “I’m grateful for ________________________ because _______________.” When you take the time to think about the reason that you’re grateful it helps you get in to the feelings of it. Before I started doing that, I would just say that I’m grateful for my kids without going in to the why.
