STEP 1: On the channel display, right click and a small control bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Move the cursor to the “Menu” button and click it.
STEP 2: Move the cursor to the “System” button and click it.

STEP 3: Enter your login information to access the System menu. Default User name is “admin” and default Password is “123456” (this can be punched in on the front panel of the DVR using the digital buttons and direction keys).
STEP 4: Move the cursor to “NETWORK” and click.

STEP 5: Your DVR’s private IP address is listed under “IP”. Write it down.
STEP 6: Go to your desktop computer and go to Internet Explorer.

STEP 7: In the address bar, enter your DVR’s private IP Address.
NOTE: If your HTTP port (Web port) is other than 80, you must enter it after your IP address followed by a colon. (:)
STEP 8: A small headline will appear as follows.
STEP 9: Right click on the headline and select “Run Add-on”.

STEP 10: A small box will appear; click “Run”. Once the ActiveX Control has successfully been added, press “F5” to refresh your browser.
STEP 11: A blue screen will appear. Enter your login information from your DVR (default username is admin and the default password is 123456).
