President Jesse Siefert called the February 22, 2018 meeting of the Greater Baldwin Whitehall Athletic Association to order at 7:34 PM in Conference Room at the Whitehall Borough Building located at 100 Borough Park Drive. Approval of Minutes: a. Motion made to approve the minutes of the January 2018 meeting by Joe Carter. The motion was seconded by PJ Malloy. This motion passed. 4. Treasurer/ Financial Report: 5. Old and unfinished business: Jesse, Keith Kris talked with Baldwin Boro, project to start late August and last 6 months. Important Dates: Coaches training 3/3, Workday 4/21(rain date 4/28), Opening Day 5/5, Picture day 5/12 6. Report by Executive Board: a. President: 1. Permits approved, buying equipment and field appovements to Whitehall fields will be split between us and Whitehall 2. Dick’s Sporting Good grant to replace two scoreboards 3. Gates to dugout, to be put in on Leland 4 by Baldwin Boro b. Vice President: 1. None c. Secretary of Public Relations & Communications: 1. Discussed registration numbers
