RECALL FOR VEUVE CLICQUOT BRUT 375mL Due to undeclared sulphites on the label and in the interest of customer safety, please remove the following product from your shelves:

Description VEUVE CLICQUOT BRUT
The product must be returned to the warehouse to be re-labeled. Once the product is labeled with the ‘contains sulphites’ sticker at the warehouse, it will be released back for sale. Licensees returning this product to Connect Logistics Services (CLS) will receive a full refund. If you sold this product to other licensees it is your responsibility to contact them. You should provide them with a full refund and then include their product with your returns to the warehouse. DO NOT USE A FAULTY PRODUCT CLAIM FORM FOR LICENSEE RETURNS. Receipt of this recall notification; Your licence number; and You have taken appropriate action to remove the product from sale.
Please ensure to check all stock in storage, store shelves, coolers etc. and segregate the affected products, clearly marking them with DO NOT SELL – RECALLED PRODUCT and arrange to have it shipped back to CLS warehouse (refer to sub-section 5.9.10 of the Retail Liquor Store Handbook). To arrange for the return of this product, please contact Customer Service at CLS by phone at 1-800-265-6784 or via email at: [email protected]. You will need to provide the following information in order to receive a full credit to your account: a) The product code b) the quantity of bottles/cases you are returning, and c) the invoice number and invoice date they were purchased DO NOT CONTACT THE AGENCY, IT CANNOT PICK UP THE PRODUCT. THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED TO CLS OR FOR RELABELING AS OUTLINED IN THESE PROCEDURES. We regret any inconvenience this recall may cause and we thank you for your cooperation.
