Exhibitor Information Once booths are sold out a booth map will be provided and posted on the event website. Here’s some information you’ll want to know: Wednesday, April 3rd– Between 6:00 PM & 10:00 PM Thursday, April 4th– Between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM (latest) Items for outside display (south parking lot) may be brought after 1:00 PM Wednesday

Set-Up

Be sure any equipment shipped to the hotel in advance includes the following information on the outside: Your company name, APWA Conference April 4th, booth number, and on-site contact. Boxes can be accepted by the hotel no more than 3 working days prior to the event. Vendor is responsible for arranging shipment /removal of items within 24 hours of the close of the conference. Any items over 250 pounds must be delivered to a drayage company. Please contact the hotel with any issues. Thursday, April 4th– 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No breaking down prior to 5:30)

Lunch

Vendors will eat lunch at 1:15PM - AFTER the attendees go back into their sessions. This will provide maximum face time with the attendees at your booths and facilitate seating.

Attendees will be encouraged to visit every area of the Exhibition Hall to qualify for winning door prizes. Each booth will be given a stamp for stamping the door prize cards as proof that they visited your booth. If you’d like to provide a door prize, that would be awesome! Give it to the staff at the registration table, or display it in your booth and turn it in at the end of day Thursday to the APWA table in the atrium. Be sure your door prize is identified with your organization’s name! The prizes will be handed out after the last session on Friday, providing another opportunity to get your name out there one last time!

More Face To Face Time With Attendees! At the conclusion of the scheduled seminars on Thursday will be a time specifically for vendors and attendees to socialize in the exhibit hall. Vendors and Full Registration attendees will have drink tickets in their name badge holders for use at this time. Breaking down exhibitor booths on Thursday is not allowed until after 5:30PM. Tear-down
