YOU AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, that in conformity with the statutes of the State of Idaho, and order of the Board of County Commissioners on the day of June, whereby and wherein the following weeds to-wit: Black Henbane, Bohemian Knotweed, Brazilian Elodea, Buffalobur, Canada Thistle, Common Crupina, Dalmatian Toadflax, Diffuse Knapweed, Dyer’s Woad, Eurasian Watermilfoil, Field Bindweed, Giant Hogweed, Giant Knotweed, Hoary Alyssum, Hoary Cress (White top), Houndstongue, Hydrilla, Japanese Knotweed, Johnsongrass, Jointed Goatgrass, Leafy Spurge, Matgrass, Meadow Knapweed, Mediterranean Sage, Milium, Musk Thistle, Orange Hawkweed, Oxeye Daisy, Parrotleather Milfoil, Perennial Pepperweed, Perennial Sowthistle, Plumless Thistle, Poison Hemlock, Policeman’s Helmet, Puncturevine, Purple Loosestrife, Rush Skelentonweed, Russian Knapweed, Saltcedar, Scotch Broom, Scotch Thistle, Small Bugloss, Spotted Knapweed, Squarrose Knapweed, Syrian Beancaper, Tall Hawkweed, Tansy Ragwort, Vipers Bugloss, White Bryony, Yellow Devil Hawkweed, Yellow Hawkweed, Yellow Starthistle, Yellow Toadflax, Common Reed, Common/European Frogbit, Curlyleaf Pondweed, Fanwort, Feathered Mosquito Fern, Flowering Rush, Giant Salvinia, Variable-LeafMilfoil, Water Chestnut, Yellow Flag Iris, Yellow Floating Heart, Sticky Nightshade, Water Hyacinth, or any other weed which is or may become a threat to the agriculture of Cassia County, were declared to be noxious weeds and to be detrimental and destructive to the interests of Cassia County, Idaho;
AND YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, to cooperate with the said Board of County Commissioners in the extermination of all such weeds above named, in the manner and by the means set forth in said order of June 20, 2016, a true and correct copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof; AND YOU ARE FURThER NOTIFIED AND REQUIRED, that you shall destroy the above named weeds upon land owned by you, or in you possession, or under your control, or of which you are the superintendent or managing agent in Cassia County, Idaho in the manner and by the means set forth in said order of said Board of County Commissioners above mentioned; AND YOU ARE FURThER NOTIFIED, that it shall be your duty and; you are hereby required to continue to comply with said order up to and including December j, .Qj; AND YOU ARE FURThER NOTIFIED, that unless you complywith the said order above mentioned, a copy ofwhich is here attached and made a part hereof, and destroythe above mentioned weeds as herein specified, the said Board of County Commissioners of Cassia County, Idaho will under the powers granted them by law, enter upon the premises owned by you, or in your possession, or under your control, or for which you are the superintendent or managing agent, and forthwith destroy and exterminate said weeds, growing thereon, and the cost attendant thereto will be levied as a tax upon said property or land upon which said weeds are destroyed and the said tax will be collected at the time and in the same manner as general taxes are collected. In such cultivation a cutting shall be done not later than six (6) days after the first plants appear above the ground, and it is further ordered that under no circumstances shall any of said noxious weeds be allowed to seed; ,
IT IS FURThER ORDERED, that all owners of property within said Cassia County, Idaho, whether individual or corporate, and all persons superintending or managing lands situated within said Cassia County, Idaho, shall destroy the above named weeds upon property owned by them or for which they are the superintendent or managing agent in Cassia County, Idaho, using the means of destruction above specified; IT IS FURThER ORDERED, and it is made the duty of all such persons to continue to comply with said order until December 31, 2016, and to destroy the above mentioned weeds during said time. Any landowner or persons superintending or managing lands situated within Cassia County, failing to destroy the said weeds as provided in this order, shall be dealt with as provided by law.
