VOLLEYBALL INTRAMURAL SPORTS Sport Description Volleyball is a team sport played by two teams of 6 players on a court divided by a net. With different leagues offered it is a fun way to spend time with your friends. A regulation match consists of the best two out of three games. Rally scoring will be utilized, which means a team does not have to be serving to score a point. The first two games are played to 25 points, winner must be ahead by two points. The third game, if necessary, will be played to 15 points, winner must be ahead by two points.

LEAGUES & PLAYER Men: Men's (4) Women: Women's (4) REGISTRATION Co-Rec: Co-Rec (4 - 2m/2w, 1m/3w, or 3m/1w) MINIMUM: EVENT FORMAT:
4 week regular season followed by a single elimination tournament
GAME FORMAT:
The match will be played between two teams of 6 players. A minimum of 4 players are needed to start a game. A regulation match consists of the best two out of three sets.
