Circular Attachment • •

Brother, Babylock, Janome, Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff all have modern circular sewing attachments. We have some circular attachments in stock. But don’t wait too long to purchase. If we don’t have the attachment for your machine, we will need time to order.

Extension Table: Optional, but very helpful when using the circular attachment • •

These need to be ordered specifically for your machine. Helpful in a class environment.

Pressing Station: Optional, but helpful • • • •

A pressing station consists of a pressing board and a steam iron. It’s small enough to sit by your sewing machine. No more jumping up and down to the ironing board. We stock the pressing board, not the iron.

To Do Before Class Wash/Dry Fabric • •

Washing & drying fabric is up to you. But if you have any red in your fabric, I strongly suggest that you wash the fabric.

Starch & Press Fabric • •

Spray with Best Press or other starch alternative. Press fabric.

Cut Fabric Squares • •

From each fabric, cut twenty (20) 8 ½" squares. You can include selvages in the squares. You will have a total of 40 squares (20 from each of your two fabrics).

Cut Interfacing •

Cut the Pellon ShirTailor fusible interfacing into forty (40) 8 ½" squares.

Fuse Interfacing to Fabric 1. Fuse Pellon ShirTailor interfacing to wrong side of fabric squares following manufacturer’s instructions. A press makes this job easier and faster. 2. Draw a short line or an X on the interfaced side of fabric you have chosen for the “window” side (multi-color batik in above sample).
