This application needs to be completed and submitted to Capricorn at least 8 weeks before your house will reach the “lock-up” stage of construction. Checklist – Please ensure all are completed and ticked prior to installation Prior to the installation of the fencing, the landowner is responsible for ensuring that:
My building plans have been approved by Capricorn prior to building, and I am eligible for the fencing package
Application has been submitted at least 8 weeks prior to “lock-up” stage of construction I have notified Capricorn of any special requirements, along with my application Boundary pegs are present and correctly located Ground levels are at their final levels (the contractors do not remove sand or level the ground on the lot except for the purpose of installation and at their discretion)
Boundaries to be fenced are fully accessible (i.e. free of obstructions and building materials)

IMPORTANT – Landowner’s Responsibilities
I (Owner) ___________________________ agree that the boundaries on my lot are fully accessible and are free from any obstructions, including but not limited to; building rubble, rubbish, unlevelled sand piles etc. If the boundaries are not clear, I understand my fencing will not be installed until it is fully cleared, even if this occurs after my occupancy date.
