The main point is to keep the other players away from the injured player while the coach and referee deal with the situation. lt is good sportsmanship if players take a knee until the injured player gets up, at which time, clap for the injured player.

Coaches may re-schedule the time or location of the Bames if needed, by mutual agreement and with approval of hoth Regional Commissioners. Coaches wishing to re-schedule games must contact the opposing team coach, their home regional referee administrator, home regional field's coordinator and home Regional Commissioner. Coaches may not cancel games. Games may be cancelled by a region for reasons of weather or field conditions, with a decision made by the home regional commissioner or their designatd regional board member. The region canceling games for such reasons must notify the coaches of teams from visiting regions of the cancellation before the game with as much advance notice as possible. Every effort should be made ts re-schedule games cancelled for weather or field conditions. Once the teams show up at the field it is the referee who will decide if the game is cancelled or postpones- Referees may cancelor halt games if condltions are unsafe.

Games must be played with equal nurnbers of players on the field for bsth teams. lf one team is short players, players from the other team may be assigned to that team to make the sides even on the field. The players assigned to the opposing team may be changed at substitution breaks.
Problems with players, volunteers or spectators that occur at a game must be reported to the Regional Commissioners for both teams, and their designated and appropriate board members. lf warranted by the Area Director or Area Staff, written reports deseribing the problern that occurred will be submitted to the Area Director, Area Referee Administrator and/or the Area Coach Administrator.
