Call to Order – Kris, absent: Fisher Branch, Lake Mb. Minutes from last Re-organizational meeting read and adopted Todd/Barry. Carried. Financial Report read and adopted Mike/Dave Carried. Presidents Report – Kris Update on AAA Lockers in Teulon, - 3 year term with reasonable rates – converted locker rooms look great. Peter- went over H.M. Handbook & programs. 2014-2015 Anniversary Celebration. Looking at Winter Classic in May. No additional increase to our fees. Stonewall wants to bring 1 Novice Team in Wpg. Probably playing in A1. They will have 2 teams in the Interlake , maybe 3. Request Accepted. Kris – Went over Overage applications and Transfers and dates. -questions on overage applications. Keith-should go by skills. Kris-size and no skills is just as dangerous. -No questions on Transfers. –deadlines are as set forth on website. –all coaches must have certification. –Coaches clinic will be held in Arborg. Referee-in-Chief. – Doug: Everyone try and get more officials. You have to sign up for referee clinics on line. The 4 hr course has to be done on line and you have to sign up on line. – Suspensions will be handled same as last year. Went over estimated teams as per attached. Scheduling meeting – Thursday, Oct.17 in Teulon @ 7:00 p.m. Meeting Adjourned.

Discussed only allowing l booking change off in first half and on in the second Every Association understands that if you don’t get your games done you will not be in playoffs and fined. We will re-address this issue at Dec. meeting if we are having problems getting games done.

Feb. 12 in Gimli at 7:00 p.m. REMINDER: Several games were not completed or called in for the first half. 2. If ALL your games are not completed by playoffs you will not be in playoffs. All related games must be re-scheduled for that weekend. Interlake is Hosting the Directors Cup this year. There are no more POE tryouts, they are selected from the Directors Cup for the next year. IMH PLAYOFF FORMAT 2014 NOVICE PLAYOFFS Each Team brings their own referee. If you can’t get one, the Host Community can provide one for you at your cost. You must phone ahead and make the arrangements. If different winner on Day 1 and Day 2, final game with highest ranked team having home ice advantage. In Novice only, after 5 goals for individual, anymore goals scored by that individual will not count and play goes back to centre ice. This will include the playoffs. If there is a 7 goal spread, the game will go to straight running time. The 2 minute penalty becomes a 3 minute penalty, etc. If the game gets back to under 7 goals the game goes back to stop time.
