Information for Admission Admission Test –2nd April, 2017 for Students in Class VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Result Declaration: Result will be available through ON-LINE mode only. Selected students can download the Enrolment Kit (Offer Letter, Enrolment Form, Program Fee etc.) from the result declaration Portal or collect it from nearest FIITJEE Centre. We understand that you have already updated your profile at www.fiitjeelogin.com. If it is not done, please do it immediately otherwise you will not be able to check your result online. To see your Result logon to www.fiitjeelogin.com, with your username and password as printed on your Hall ticket. Please keep your Hall Ticket safe as it has to be produced / submitted while taking admission. (Result Packet will NOT be sent by Courier / Post). Students, who do not have the facility to check their Results Online, can visit the FIITJEE Centre where they registered, to enquire about the same.
Result Declaration Dates: Tuesday, 4th April, 2017 – For Class XII Students who have paid Rs 2000 towards Sincerity Fund for Joining First lot Batch.

Sunday, 9th April 2017 – Class VI, VII & VIII (The results will be available online from 9:00 P.M. onwards)
Fee Payment Dates / Schedule: Class XII – Only for Students who have paid Rs 2000 towards Sincerity Fund for Joining First lot Batch Regular Enrolment Window: Thursday, 6th April, 2017 & Friday, 7th April 2017 Class IX & X Regular Enrolment Window: Tuesday, 11th April 2017 to Monday, 17th April 2017. Extended Enrolment Window – (with a Late Fee of Rs 1000#): Tuesday, 18th April 2017 & Wednesday, 19th April 2017. Class XI Regular Enrolment Window: Thursday, 13th April 2017 to Monday, 17th April 2017. Extended Enrolment Window – (with a Late Fee of Rs 1000#): Tuesday, 18th April 2017 & Wednesday, 19th April 2017. Class VI, VII, VIII & XII – Regular Enrolment Window: Saturday, 15th April 2017 to Monday, 17th April 2017. Extended Enrolment Window – (with a Late Fee of Rs 1000#): Tuesday, 18th April 2017 & Wednesday, 19th April 2017. Program Fee may vary from Centre to Centre. Documents required to be submitted at the time of Admission: 1. First, it is required that you update your Profile at www.fiitjeelogin.com using username and password as printed on your Hall ticket. This is to be done only once and you need not do it again if it is already done. 2. One Stamp Size and Six Passport Size Colour photographs of the student (at the time of fee payment). 3. Three Passport Size Colour Photographs of the person issuing the Post Dated Cheque(s). 4. Admission Test Hall Ticket (in Original). 5. Admission Test Offer Letter (Print of On-Line Result). 6. ANY ONE of the following School documents: Photocopy of School ID card with photograph OR Photocopy of last Board or School Marksheet supported by any Identity Proof of student OR Photocopy of School Transfer Certificate OR Bonafide Certificate issued by the Principal of School with student’s photograph
Original of above mentioned documents should be presented for verification at the time of admission.
Joining Formalities by Post: Students can also complete their joining formalities by post, please make sure that your Enrolment Form duly completed in all respects along with Demand Draft / Pay Order / NEFT details and Post Dated Cheque(s) should reach your respective study centre on the above mentioned fee payment dates. Incomplete Enrolment Form will not be accepted and if a student fails to get admission on this account, FIITJEE shall not be responsible.
Venue of Fee Payment: FIITJEE Study Centre where you wish to join the FIITJEE program.
Course Commencement: Classes will commence from 3rd / 4th week of April, 2017 onwards. The Exact Batch commencement date may vary from one FIITJEE centre to another and will be communicated to the student at the time of enrolment.
Hostel Facility: FIITJEE has furnished hostel / lodging & boarding facilities at the following FIITJEE centres viz. Delhi (South Delhi, North-West Delhi, East Delhi & Dwarka Centres), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bokaro, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Pune, Ranchi, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam which is available for male Students only, on the basis of merit. The hostel expenditure to be borne by the Student is approximately Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- per month on double occupancy basis and varies from one hostel to another and city to city. Expenses are subject to revision as and when required without prior notice. FIITJEE also has hostel / lodging & boarding facilities for female Students at selected FIITJEE centres. Appropriate assistance may be provided in locating paying guest accommodation for female Students at other locations. Hostel facility is available at select FIITJEE Centres only. Fee amount to be paid at the time of Admission cannot be paid by cheque or cash. Initial Fee amount to be paid at the time of admission can only be paid by Demand Draft / Pay Order / NEFT. For more details on NEFT method of Fee payments please visit www.fiitjee.com/neft and also refer your Admission Test Hall Ticket for Details on Making the Fee Payment through NEFT. The local /at par post-dated cheques are to be submitted at the time of admission only along with the Demand Draft / Pay Order/ NEFT. Please ensure that the cheques towards fee payment must be as per CTS -2010 guidelines specified by RBI. You may check the same with your bank.
