Important Please read all instructions before starting TOOLS REQUIRED: Phillips Head Screwdriver & 5/32 Allen Wrench 1. Shut off C02 and water. Figure 4 - Gap below bottom O-ring * If 2-piece SS manifold fixture already exists, replacement of tubes is not necessary.
2. Depressurize the water system and bleed pressure down. 3. Disconnect the power supply and remove the merchandiser, bonnet, light kit and refrigeration deck. (Figure 1) 4. Depressurize and shut down syrup pumps to three (3) valves having tubes replaced. 5. Remove manifold and stainless steel (SS) or plastic mounting plate fixture. (Figure 2 & Figure 3).

020003445 2/11 6. Remove three (3) valves and valve blocks associated with the three (3) manifold tubes being replaced. 7. Align new fixture bottom by sliding tubes into bottom groove (Figure 4). While holding bottom fixture, slide the new fixture top (Figure 5) into bottom groove. 8. Making sure the new fixture top and new fixture bottom is located properly (Figure 5 & Figure 6), use a Phillips screwdriver to fully tighten three (3) screws. 9. Using pre-lubricated o-rings (supplied), replace all o-rings on remaining tubes going into manifold.

10. Place manifold onto tubes and screw the four (4) screws (020001284) to new manifold fixture with a phillips head screwdriver (Figure 7). 11. Adjust manifold plungers to their previous locations regarding carbonated or non-carbonated. 12. Pressurize water system C02 and syrup pumps. Check for leaks. 13. Reinstall refrigeration deck and light kit. Fill tub until full. 14. Apply manifold insulation. (Figure 8) 15. Reconnect power supply. Check for leaks. 16. Reinstall bonnet and merchandiser.

NOTE: •
Not all o-rings will be needed if replacing the three (3) tubes is necessary (Figure 3)

Discard old tubes. These tubes are NOT to be used on any other units.
•
On five (5) valve units with four (4) port manifolds due to the #1 water location on four (4) and five (5) port manifolds being different. Part #’s stay the same but tube call outs change from: #2 water to #1 water - 5011930
