On all Acura automotive replacement batteries OFFER VALID ON PURCHASES BETWEEN OCTOBER 31, 2016 AND JANUARY 31, 2017.
TO OBTAIN YOUR REBATE YOU MUST: Complete this rebate form in full. Attach a copy of your detailed invoice* clearly indicating the purchase of an Acura Battery between the dates of October 31, 2016 to January 31, 2017. (Retain your original receipt for warranty purposes.) Mail this claim form along with a copy of your detailed invoice before February 28, 2017 to the address at right. Any rebate claims received with a postmark date after February 28, 2017 will not be honoured. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or program. Offer limited to one rebate per battery, for a maximum two (2) rebates per person/Canadian household, each must be submitted separately with an original rebate form and a copy of a different detailed invoice*. Rebate applies to retail sales only, business to business wholesale purchases do not qualify. Federal and provincial taxes will be calculated on the selling price before the rebate. Offer valid only in Canada from October 31, 2016 to January 31, 2017, purchases outside these dates will not be honoured. Only Acura Automotive Batteries are eligible. Rebate offer expires if rebate cheque is not cashed within 90 days of the cheque date, after which time Acura will have no further obligation to you.
