REPLACES PREVIOUS LETTER WITH INCORRECT TIMES 25th November 2016 Dear Parents and Carers We are very excited about our Foundation and Key Stage 1 production this year it is entitled “Lights Camel Action!” and will be performed on the following dates: Thursday 8th December at 2:00pm Friday 9th December at 9:30am This year we have decided that it is not right for us to charge you to watch your wonderful children in the Christmas production, which will include Pre-School, Reception Year 1 and Year 2. We have looked at the hall space and available seating and initially parents will be allocated two tickets. Please indicate on the slip attached which day you would like your two allocated tickets. Tickets will be sent out to parents and carers before the production. Please do remember that everyone must be seated in order to maintain current fire safety regulations. After they have been allocated we will possibly have spare tickets available, these will be allocated and drawn out of a hat if necessary. We are aware that first come first served is not always fair for all parents as some parents are not on the playground each day. I look forward to seeing you at the performances.
