Minutes for AYSO Area 1N Call to Order An Area monthly meeting of AYSO Area 1N was held on February 13, 2017 in Redlands. It began at 6:32pm and was presided over by Erick Bennett, with Les Berkey as note taker.
Attendees Area members in attendance include: Erick Bennett, Les Berkey, Sandy Caplinger, Andrea Aguilar, Ernie Lemos, Manuel Merlos and Zeke Paletta. Guests in attendance included Rob Hurt, Chris Call, Larry Caplinger, and Forrest Pitts.
Approval of Minutes N/A
Reports AYSO changing to Calendar year Fall 2017. Spring Schedules sent out. Spring T-Shirts ordered. Spring medals, pins and Coins ordered. Spring coaches and Assistants all need to be appropriately certified. Expo 3/03/2017 All regions are paid. Regions budgets due June 1st, region RAP due to Area Director by 6/30/2017. NAGM registration open in eayso. AYSO United Challenge Program Discussion. EXTRA program meeting in Diamond Bar on Thursday February 16, 2017 Blue Sombrero start Fall 2017 Section Playoffs discussion Due Process discussion for regions to be in line with Area process.

Other Reports Main Motions Motion: Voted in favor of adding Area VIP Administrator Jennifer Bennett and Aubrey Bennett.
Announcements Next meeting will be March 20, 2017 in Beaumont.
Adjournment Erick Bennett moved that the meeting be adjourned, and this was agreed upon at 8:15pm.
