Update to Solicitation Templates
The Division of Purchase & Contract made recent updates to the following solicitation templates: IFB – Agency Open Market, IFB – Third Party Finance Lease, and Request for Proposals forms. All three documents were updated with the effective date of 9/30/2016 to reflect the new North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). This update was not necessary for the Request for Quote form.

Effective today, please use the revised templates in your solicitations for goods and services. These forms are required for consistency and compliance with state requirements.
