Obstacle Course Rules STATE LAW REQUIRES RIDERS TO OBEY ALL WARNINGS AND DIRECTIONS AND BEHAVE IN A MANNER THAT WILL NOT CAUSE OR CONTRIBUTE TO INJURING THEMSELVES OR OTHERS. RIDERS SHALL REPORT ALL INJURIES BEFORE LEAVING. Riders MUST comply with ALL POSTED RULES, WARNINGS, AND ORAL INSTRUCTIONS for each inflatable. Parents or guardians of a rider shall have a duty to ensure that the rider complies with these rules, warnings, and instructions.
Health Notice: If you have any of the following conditions, you ARE NOT allowed in or on the unit: • Current or previous injury to the head, back, neck, or other muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities. • Any respiratory conditions, including asthma or bronchitis. • Pregnancy. • Chronic knee or other joint conditions. • Any heart or circulatory conditions. • Impairment by drugs or alcohol. • Susceptibility to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing. • Open sores, bleeding wounds, or communicable (infectious) disease. • Any other condition that might cause problems when physically challenged. Requirements to Participate: • An attendant must be present and on duty, and the inflatable must be fully inflated. • Patron will be 2 years old or older. • Patron will be taller than 34 inches. • Patron will weigh less than 250 pounds. • Patron must remove shoes and MUST wear socks. • Patron must be dry. Safety Rules: • No face paint, glitter, confetti, food, drink, candy, or gum allowed on or near the inflatable. • Absolutely NO silly string, sticky substances, sharp or hot objects, toys, or pets on or near the inflatable. • Patrons must empty their pockets of all objects and coins prior to entering the unit. • Patrons must remove all eyeglasses, watches, jewelry, retainers, headphones, belts, and hard or sharp objects prior to entering the unit. • Do not run or jump through the door to the unit. One at a time through the doorway. • No bumping, flips, somersaults, piling, wrestling, roughhousing, or horseplay on the inflatable. • No climbing up the slide surface. • Patrons must stay in their own lane. • Player arriving second to crossing point must yield to player arriving first at crossing point. • Only one person per lane can slide at a time. The landing area must be clear before sliding. • Patrons must slide feet first. Do NOT slide head first. • No jumping or diving from the top of the slide to the slide surface or to the landing area. • No gathering at the top of the slide. • Do not lean on, jump against, or climb the walls or mesh screening. • If the unit starts to deflate, immediately and calmly exit the unit, and alert the attendant. • If you or someone else gets injured, immediately alert the attendant for assistance.
