Dear Donor, Preparations are underway for our inaugural soccer fundraising event “Eastside FC | Auction 2016”. This year’s event celebrates the club’s 37 years of providing soccer programs to children in Southeast Michigan. The auction gala will take place on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club. We expect Auction 2016 to be well attended by those within our community and beyond. The generosity received from Donors like you allows us to further our mission of providing outstanding soccer programs for children of all ages and skill levels. Eastside FC has been a prominent organization in our community for several years and we are proud to say generations of families continue to return and trust our programs year after year. Soccer has exploded in popularity in our country and our programs have grown in size, complexity and competition! To support the demand for excellence we provide one of the highest credentialed coaching staffs in Michigan, many of whom come from around the world. We are proud to provide a highly competitive curriculum, supporting not only the ability to learn soccer and develop skills, but also the opportunity to be part of a team emphasizing hard work, perseverance and goal setting. Funds raised by the “One Goal” Auction will be used to support these efforts: TOPSoccer, a soccer program providing special needs children the opportunity to learn soccer, to be part of a team, receive one-on-one direction and most of all have fun. This program is offered at zero cost to families! Eastside Scholarships, an annually renewable program benefiting disadvantaged children who would otherwise not be able to participate. As we continue to grow this program we aim to afford one soccer team the chance to travel abroad to England to play friendly matches and experience an international soccer culture. A sport curriculum supporting highly competitive travel soccer programs. Indoor Winter soccer programs, Summer camps, Olympic Development Programs, volunteer education programs, youth academies, and referee programs. We recognize as business owners, you receive many requests, and we appreciate your choice to donate to Eastside FC! In appreciation, your organization will receive great exposure to an audience eager to return the favor of your support, including 2,300 soccer families, their friends, and affiliates across Southeast Michigan. Your donation will be recognized at the auction event, on our website, and in our auction catalog. As a non-profit 501c-3 soccer club, run by a volunteer board of directors, we are always conscious of costs while maintaining the highest level soccer programs. This auction and your donation directly benefits thousands of soccer families.
