Online Payment Reality After over a century of requiring cash or checks to pay for program fees, Cornell Cooperative Extension Franklin County (CCE Franklin) is now able to accept Visa and MasterCard payments online. As someone who depends on debit and credit cards for tracking spending, I know this is a welcomed step in the right direction.
