A brief note on how a believer can overcome sin consciousness.
OVERCOMING SIN CONCIOUSNESS
1 John 3: 9 and by this we will know that we are of the truth and will convince our conscience in his presence, 20 that if our conscience condemns us, that God is greater than our conscience and knows all things. 21 Dear friends, if our conscience does not condemn us, we have confidence in the presence of God
If our heart condemns us not he don’t condemn us, so we do come to him in boldness through his son Jesus Christ who died and was made an atonement for us. God ask Adam in Genesis 3:
the LORD God said, “Who told you that you were naked? Did you eat
from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from? We need to anchor and assure our heart in whom we have believed, we shouldn‟t be double minded in any way of our walk with the lord. God is God all the time and he changes not he only knows how to do good so we should lay our desire aside, keep looking unto him. James :6 But he must ask in faith without doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed around by the wind. Jas 1:7 For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord, Jas 1:8 since he is a double-minded individual, unstable in all his ways. God does not change at all, he don‟t be good today and be bad tomorrow like Job said to her wife that they have received good from God why wouldn‟t they accept the bad times too James 1 :21 So put away all filth and evil excess and humbly welcome the message implanted within you, which is able to save your souls. You are the one to lay those devilish taught apart, it is an attack from Satan. When you say its God that giveth and God that taketh you are twisted in your ways, God is good all the time. James 1:25 But
the one who peers into the perfect law of liberty and fixes his attention there, and does not become a forgetful listener but one who lives it out – he will be blessed in what he does. So we continue to look at who we are in Jesus Christ, the perfect law of liberty, and this looking is a continual not at glance. 1 Therefore,
since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, we must get rid of every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and run with endurance the race set out for us, Rom 6:4; Eph 4:22; Col 3:8; 1Pet 2:1-2; Rom 12:12; Heb 10:36; 1Cor 9:24; 2 keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy set out for him he endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God. We are born of God, we are overcomers and more than conquerors in all things, he first loved us.
1 James 1: 16 Do not be led astray, my dear brothers and sisters. 17 All generous giving and every perfect 1
gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or the slightest hint of change. We have come to mount zion it is not that we are now coming, we have come to jesus himself the author and the finisher of our faith. We cry Abba father, we are sons, we are cant frustrate God through those kind of names, we call him Jesus prays he say, „‟father I thank you‟‟ and receive from him the perfect sacrificed. This is the son in whom I‟m well please so the pleasure of the father is only I Jesus so if you are in him you are glorify Isaiah 61: 1-2 maps to Luke 4: 16- 18, the spirit of the lord is upon me. There is nothing special about days, weeks months and years, all those are just formulations, Galations 4:10 You are observing religious days and months and seasons and years. Rom 14:5; Col 2:16; 11 I fear for you that my work for you may have been in vain. Mattew 3:11 “I
baptize you with water, for repentance, but the one coming after me is more powerful than I am – I am not worthy to carry his sandals. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. Mark 1:7; Luke 3:16; John 1:15; John 1:26; Acts 1:5; Acts 11:16; Acts 19:4; 12 His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clean out his threshing floor and will gather his wheat into the storehouse, but the chaff he will burn up with inextinguishable fire.” The Holy Spirit is here to testify Christ not to judge, John 1: 16-17 / john 3 : 16-17.
