Policy and Acknowledgment Smoking Policy Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed buildings and facilities of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies. Managers may choose to allow smoking only in designated outdoor areas which meet state requirements. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. E-cigarettes may only be used in designated outdoor smoking areas. It is an employee’s responsibility to be familiar with and follow the policy at the facility where he or she works.
