RESOLUTION 2018-006 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT C17-04 Police Evidence Room HVAC WHEREAS, work under this contract has been completed satisfactorily and in conformance with the requirements of the contract; and WHEREAS, provided an HVAC unit capable of heating, venting, and cooling the evidence room to current industry standards; and WHEREAS, the city engineer, comptroller, and attorney recommend final payment to the contractor. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Beloit City Council that Klobucar Construction Co. be paid $2,667.50 as the final payment for Public Works Contract C17-04 Police Evidence Room HVAC as recommended by the City Engineer.
