Add Program Status Report Tile 1.Box Log Header into Planview: https://vumc.pvcloud.com/planview/. 2. Click the My Planview tab.
3. Click …more and Manage to open the Ribbon Tile Manager.
4. Scroll down the Available Tiles list to find Portfolio Status Report. Click the arrow or drag & drop to add the tile to the Display list. Click Save.

Running the Portfolio Status Report in Planview Run the Portfolio Status Report 1. Click the Portfolio Status Report tile in the ribbon.
2. Click the small arrow under the Save Parameters button to open the Portfolio Status Summary report data parameters.
3. Use the dropdown arrow to select the portion of the Hierarchy where your Portfolio resides in Planview.
Note: This list will only include portions of the hierarchy with active Portfolios to select. 4. Select the other report parameters (Organization, Group, and Portfolio) using the dropdown menus, like in step 3. 5. Click Save Parameters if this is the report you plan to run regularly. You will not have to repeat steps 3 and 4 each time you run the report. 6. Click View Report.
