Maine School Administrative District 11 SPECIAL MEETING

PRESENT:

Chair Becky Fles, Vice-Chair Eric Jermyn, Michael Bechard, Carrie Boudway, Kathy Chadwick, Marc Cone, Jennifer Garvin, Joe Gould, Patricia Hopkins, Superintendent

ABSENT:

Deb Couture, Michael Dovinsky, Penny Poolman

STUDENT MEMBERS PRESENT:

Chair Becky Fles declared a quorum present and called the meeting to order at 5:43 p.m. VOTED: 8–0

Motion by Eric Jermyn and second by Marc Cone to go into Executive Session at 5:43 p.m. to discuss the hiring of a new Principal for the Consolidated School, pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(A). The Board reconvened at 5:52 p.m.

VOTED: 8–0

Motion by Eric Jermyn and second by Joe Gould to approve the following one-year administrative contract as recommended by the Superintendent. 

Kady Gould – Helen Thompson School Principal
