SWIM LESSONS Pro-Health & Fitness Center’s Fish Factory Swim School and Adult Swim Programs offer swim lessons for all ages and skill levels year round at our Merritt Island and Viera locations.
All classes are taught by nationally-certified swim instructors in our heated, indoor pools. Daytime, evening, and Saturday classes are available. Our low student/instructor ratios allow us to provide the highest level of instruction and encourage maximum learning potential.

THE FINEST INSTRUCTION Baby ‘N Me “Baby Barracuda” (Parent in water) These adult/child classes are designed for children between the ages of six months and three years. BABY BARRACUDA offers the opportunity for parents or caregivers to bond with their children, while teaching water safety and beginning learn-to-swim skills.
Preschool and Swim School (No parent in water) Preschool is divided into three levels — Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced — and is designed for three and four year olds. At the age of five, our swimmers “graduate” to SWIM SCHOOL, which offers Levels 1 to 5 (below) and Swim Team Basics.

Level 1 – Introduction to Water Skills Level 2 – Fundamental Aquatic Skills Level 3 – Stroke Development Level 4 – Stroke Improvement Level 5 – Stroke Refinement Swim Team Basics (Level 4 grad or can pass Level 4 skills assessment) — Introduction to repetitive, endurance swimming; some stroke refinement.
Adults We offer Adult Learn-to-Swim and Stroke Refinement classes. Several of our instructors work with triathletes and master swimmers. Private instruction is also available.

Adapted Aquatics Swim Lessons are available for children and adults with special needs. Lessons will be conducted as private lessons (see pricing) by certified Adapted Aquatics Swimming Instructors.
