Parking Rules For all practices and home meets please park along Northpointe Boulevard more than 50' from intersections and in the pool parking lot. Parking is NOT allowed on Northpointe Terrace or other neighborhood streets.
Be a Good Neighbor Our team is an important part of our community and we want to take care of our neighbors! Please observe all parking rules and please bike or walk if it is possible for your family. Also make an extra effort to keep our pool and grounds neat and clean. A dumpster is available at the meets for garbage, so let’s clean as we go! Also take extra care with the grass this week; it will be very wet!

No Breather’s Club The No Breathers Club is open to all swimmers who are able to swim 25 yards without taking a single breath. Congratulations on your hard work!
Coaches Corner We are so proud of our Shockwaves!! Don’t forget: All swimmers need to eat healthy and fuel their bodies during the meet. The temperature is rising, so everyone needs to stay hydrated with water and/or sports drinks. We want to also encourage our swimmers that qualify for an invitational to swim that invitational. They are so much more fun when we have lots of swimmers there, and we can swim relays, too!

Invitational Meets Invitational Meets are optional meets, held mid and end-of-season that are open to swimmers reaching a certain level of competition. Swimmers must meet qualifying times in order to participate. Qualifying times vary depending on the Invitational. These meets offer a fantastic opportunity for our families and swimmers to compete at a higher level. Shockwaves will pay the entry fee for relays. However, individual event entry fees are paid by the swimmer.
Red, White and Blue - June 26-28 Ponderosa - June 27&28
Summer Thunder Results Congratulations to all our swimmers that qualified and participated in the Summer Thunder Invitational Meet! The Northpointe Shockwaves won 1st place in our division and brought home a beautiful trophy! Many of our swimmers also finished with top times and came home with individual medals. GO SHOCKWAVES!
Ponderosa June 27 & 28
Procedure at Invitationals Please note that when participating in an Invitational Meet, you may be asked to assist with timing. As we all know, meets of any size cannot run well without parent volunteers. When the Shockwaves participate as a team, we may be required to provide help with timing. Even if your family has met your volunteer points, please be flexible and prepared to help if needed so our swimmers can have an amazing experience!
Klein Oak High School
22603 Northcrest Dr., Spring, TX 77389 If your swimmer has qualified and you would like to participate in the Ponderosa or the Red, White, and Blue Meet, Erin Bingham will be taking payments at this Saturday’s Meet. For more information about upcoming invitational meets, visit the meets tab on the Shockwaves website.
