Emphasis on Behavioral Health Care Focus on Psychotropic Medication Utilization
Planning and Preparation Highly integrated planning with all child-
serving state agencies a year in advance
Planning with Amerigroup with state
agencies began 9 months in advance
Conducted 2 Readiness Reviews 3 months
and 1 month prior to launch respectively
Amerigroup Planning for Implementation
