Coaches and managers: The Washington County Youth Hockey Association (WCYHA) is excited to welcome your team to the Ice Invitational Tournament! This tournament will be held Friday, December 9th through Sunday, December 11th, hosting 12 teams at the PeeWee and Squirt levels. Attached you will find the final tournament schedule. While the schedules have been proofed several times there may be some errors. If you find something, please let us know. Eric DeGroot (
[email protected]) will be your Tournament Director for any questions prior to the tournament. The Tournament Director along with the WCYHA Team Managers will be on‐site the tournament weekend. Also included are the tournament rules. Please make sure you read them prior to arrival, so you and your team are aware of tie breaker rules, game protocol, etc. Please remind your parents of the USA Hockey Zero Tolerance Policy they signed when they registered for USA Hockey. This will help maintain a positive environment for all of our players. Additionally, spectators or parents are not to approach the Tournament Director, WCYHA Team Managers or WCYHA parent volunteers with complaints; only Coaches or Team Managers should bring concerns directly to the Tournament Director. Lastly, please remember as Tournament Director and Team Managers we cannot predict or control injuries, poor officiating or poor sportsmanship. Thank you for choosing to participate in our tournament. We recognize there are plenty of tournament options to choose from, and we are grateful your team has selected ours. We wish you the best of luck and safe travels to West Bend. Please let us know if you need anything prior to getting to West Bend. Schedules will also be posted on the Tournament tab of our website at http://www.wcyha.org. We look forward to a great weekend of youth hockey! Sincerely, Eric DeGroot, Tournament Director Washington County Youth Hockey Association 920‐268‐2828
