Searching in Transcripts 1. You can search within a transcript by keyword using the Transcripts panel. 2. View a transcript in the Transcripts panel. 3. Enter a keyword in the search field. 4. Click the Next button to see the first instance of the keyword. The keyword is highlighted in the transcript. 5. Click the Next or Previous buttons to see more instances of the keyword.
Searching in Transcripts Searching within a Transcript 1. You can search an open transcript using the Search box. Be sure that your transcript is in focus before beginning your search by clicking anywhere in the transcript. 2. Type a search term or phrase in the Search box. Click Search or press Enter. The first page containing the term or phrase is displayed, and the term or phrase is highlighted. 3. Click Search or press Enter again to move to the next instance of the term. Searching Multiple Transcripts (Case Explorer Search) 1. Click the plus sign (+) next to Transcripts. 2. Check the transcripts that you want to search using one of the following methods: A)Click the check box next to Transcripts to check all the transcripts. B) Click the check box next to each of the transcripts that you want to search. C) Right-click Transcripts and select 'Transcripts' Utilities and Check by Transcript Name. The Check Transcripts that match (\ for OR) dialog is displayed. Type any name that is used in the transcript label in the box and click OK. You can use the backward slash (\) to separate multiple names, and you can also use the asterisk (*) as a wildcard. A check mark is displayed in the check box next to each matching transcript. 3. Type the term or phrase that you want to search for in the Search box. 4. Click Search or press Enter.
