Church News JOIN the KLONDIKE KREW

Please consider joining Trinity’s KLONDIKE KREW! The KLONDIKE KREW is a group of volunteers that help keep the walks around Trinity clean and clear of snow and ice. Each volunteer is asked to accept one week to clean the walks if it should happen to snow or an ice storm should occur. Salt, shovels and a snow blower will be available to help with the clearing. Clean the walks and get a Klondike bar or Eskimo bar. Details available on the tri-fold in the Gathering Space. Sign up today. Dennis Meyer

Community News Alliance Fundraiser Support the Alliance during the third week of each month when you dine at Sweet Heart Café (breakfast, brunch or lunch). Just tell the cashier that you wish to donate to Mt. Healthy Alliance, and the Alliance will earn 10% of sales. Children, Youth & Family Ministry News  

Classes meet at 9:45 Classes available for all ages

Confirmation Class  Class meets following the 10:45 worship service  Will meet in the Lounge Adults — The adult discussion group will continue to learn about a group from Trinity’s trip to Israel, some of the amazing people they met, and get an overview of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. First Communion Class — To prepare young people for their first communion, this class, led by Pastor Bob, will meet at 9:45 on April 7 and 14. First Communion will be on Easter Sunday, April 21. Contact Pastor Bob or Shawn Nichols if you have a youth that you would like in the class. Trinity’s youth are sponsoring a Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser, March 3, to help them attend camp at Lutheridge this summer. The breakfast will begin at 9:30 a.m. in Trinity Hall. Donations are accepted.

Church News A birthday card for Anne Wade is on the Sign/Help/Do table in the Gathering Space, ready for signing. Her family would like to have 99 cards for Anne for her 99th birthday (February 27). There are 10 additional cards to sign for Anne to help reach the 99-card goal.

Joy Circle BreakOut Band Youth Pancake Breakfast

Lent will soon be here! With your help, we will have our traditional soup supper before the Lenten services on March 13, 20, 27, and April 3 and 10. (Not on Ash Wednesday — March 6) We are looking for 2 soup preparers each of these evenings. We serve from 6:00 p.m. to about 6:40 p.m. each evening in Trinity Hall, and the Lenten service starts at 7:00 p.m. Whether you make your favorite recipe or buy at Kroger's, all soups are welcome! Please sign up on the Friendship pads, and Nancy Upchurch will call you with more details. Thanks for volunteering!!

Faith on Tap

Faith on Tap will meet on Monday, February 25 at the Century Inn (10675 Springfield Pike, 45246) from 7:00—8:30 p.m. All ages welcome as we discuss questions about religion, faith, scripture and the church. Ask for the Trinity party when you arrive. The Feed Your Neighbor board is asking for volunteers to provide batches of chili for the meal on February 28. Each week a Trinity disciple will speak as through the eyes one of the witnesses to the passion of the Christ, "You will see Jesus as you've never seen Him before through the eyes of those who were there," and reflect on how their experiences are still relevant to us today in 2019.    

Worship will include Holy Communion. Services will be about 30 minutes. Easter Egg Hunt : Saturday, April 13  12:00 – 2:00 p.m.  Children in 3rd grade or younger can hunt for Easter Eggs and all family members are invited to share in lunch and the other activities.  Lots of wrapped candy will be needed. Watch for information announcing when candy collection will begin. Palm Sunday: Sunday, April 14  Worship services led by church youth Maundy Thursday: Thursday, April 18  Service at 7:00 p.m.  Nursery available Good Friday: Friday, April 19  Services at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.  Nursery available at 7:00 p.m.
