FACILITY: Nottingham Field at University of Northern Colorado, Greeley ENTRY PROCEDURE: • Entries are open to college teams, collegiate and post-collegiate unattached athletes associated with an invited team. • All entries will be taken through DirectAthletics.com • No entries will be accepted via e-mail or phone • Entries will close on Thursday, April 12th at 11:59 p.m. MST • Please e-mail scratches only to [email protected] by 12 NOON on Friday, April 13th. No additions or changes may be made at the meet. Only marks run since 3/1/2018 will be considered in seeding. ENTRY FEE: $100 per team, men and women separate. RULES: NCAA rules will be used in all cases. Fully automatic timing system will be used. SCORING: This is a scored meet and will be scored according to NCAA rules. Division I and Division II will be scored separately. There are no awards. SCHEDULE: The time schedule is tentative and will change based on entries. The meet may be run on a rolling schedule but will run no later than 15 minutes ahead of the final schedule, to be posted on Thursday, April 12th at www.csurams.com WEIGH-INS: All implements will take place beginning at 8 a.m. CHECK-IN: Track Athletes - All track athletes may report to the clerk’s table 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of their race. Once reported to the clerk’s table, the athletes will then have access to the track and straightaway or the infield as long as no other events are being contested. Athletes must report to the marshalling area 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of their event or risk being scratched from competition. Field Event Athletes - Field event athletes may report to the clerk’s table 60 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of their event. Discus/hammer competitors will report to the official(s) at the Doubenmeyer Field throwing facility. Athletes will not be allowed to warm-up on runways or in the ring until the specified times per event. Throws: Athletes are allowed in the ring for warm-up 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. Additionally, 15 minutes will be allowed between flights and before finals. Long/Triple/High Jump: Athletes are allowed on the runway/apron for warm-up 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Additionally, 15 minutes will be allowed between flights and before finals. Pole Vault: Athletes are allowed on the runway for warm-up 90 minutes prior to the start of the event. ADMISSION: Admission is free to the public. STARTING HEIGHTS / PROGRESSIONS: Triple jump boards are at W-34’ and M-40’. There will not be any other takeoff boards available. Opening heights and progressions are as follows:

MEET RESULTS: Meet results will be available approximately 30 minutes after the last event. Results will be posted at www.csurams.com and at www.directathletics.com. TEAM PARKING: All team vans and buses should drop off athletes/staff on the SOUTHEAST side of Nottingham Field. Parking will be on the north side of Nottingham Field. No special parking pass is required.
