February 15, 2015 Today we explore the topic of Who is Qualified to Share the Gospel? We are qualified to share Jesus with others if…we have encountered Jesus, acknowledged our need of a Savior, been transformed by Jesus and are willing to share Jesus with others.

NEXT SUNDAY Join us next Sunday, February 15, as we close up the current series. Next Sunday we are exploring the topic Strong Grace, Hard Work, Good Memories. Sacrifice and hard work are part of the Christian life. Once we adjust our lives to these discipleship realities, we are that much closer to turning our "Yup!" into reality.

Up & Coming CELETRATING 40 DAYS OF PRAYER Sunday, February 22 Has your prayer life been enriched through the 40-day prayer challenge? A time will be set aside during both worship services to share what God has been doing in the lives of Woodcresters. Mark this on your calendar and come prepared to share with others about your prayer journey.

ANNUAL MEETING Sunday, February 22, 12 noon lunch, 1 pm meeting—Rock Room All are invited to the annual meeting. A light lunch will be served at noon and the meeting will follow at 1 pm. The 2015 budget will be presented for approval. Also, members may vote for incoming elders and nominating committee members. Please RSVP for the lunch at the “Gather” center. If you are unable to attend the meeting, absentee ballots are available today and next Sunday. Please see an Elder in the main office area to vote.
HIGH SCHOOL EVENT—DISTRICT BLITZ
April 24-26, Rochester, MN This is a stellar conference for students to go deeper in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Information is available at the Underground Café-Lower Level.
STAFFING UPDATES Student Ministry Pastor The search team has received more than 40 resumes and is currently screening these applicants. Contacts with the top candidates are ongoing. The members of the sear team are Mariah Brammer, Tim Dewaard, Eric Hutchens, Pete Parker, Jerry Schommer, Shauna Smith, and Doug Van Wyk. Worship Director The Slingshot Group has provided Woodcrest with two top candidates. The search team has conducted some initials interviews. The search team is Steve Klaus, Andrea Burt, Pete Parker, Misty Anderson and Jerry Schommer. Office Manager Woodcrest is seeking to hire a part-time (30 hours/week) Office Manager.
