The BCS Utility Trailer (92148701) can be assembled in the following steps:

Turn the trailer upside down and mount the axle brackets to the inside of the support beams using the 17mm bolts, flat washers and locknuts (Figure 2). Mount the tongue to the outside of the support beam closest to the front of trailer using the tongue mounting brackets, 17mm bolts, lock washers, and locknuts (Figure 3).

Set the cable adjustors on the tongue and axle mount to their minimum setting as (Figure 4). Confirm that the emergency brake is not engaged and the foot pedal is in rear position facing the body of the trailer (Figure 5).

Use cable clamps to loop brake cable around brake lever arms on left and right axle, as shown in Figures 6 and 7. Pull as tight as possible by hand and tighten the cable clamps.

Install the seat and dump lever to the trailer using the 13mm bolts as shown in Figure 8. The dump lever uses the spring provided.

Figure 8 Install the wheels by using the 19mm bolts provided. Turn the trailer over and install the appropriate curved coupler. The small curved coupler (92259500) fits on models 739 and below. The larger curved coupler (92247720) fits on models 749 and up. The curved coupler is connected to the hitch of the BCS tractor. Note: Some curved couplers may need paint / powder coating removed to slide into tongue easier. Additional notes:     

Trailer capacity: 875 pounds Trailer can only be operated in rear-mount (tilling) mode. A tiller can be mounted to the tractor when operating the trailer, but no other attachments are recommended to be mounted during trailer operation. No attachment can be operated while the trailer is installed. Trailer is most efficient when used in transport gear. PowerSafe models 739, 740/749, and 750 do not have a transport gear.
