We Need Rookies! After taking a poll of our rookies over the past few years, we’ve discovered that the most effective tool we have for recruiting is ALL OF US!! The majority of first year patrollers were brought into the CSP by a friend or family member. Thank you everyone! Our rookie AFA Courses are set to start the week after Labour Day, and we need students to fill those courses, or they will need to be cancelled. If we all take the time this weekend to email, text, Facebook, tweet, or phone a few friends that might want to join our awesome organization, we’ll have all the rookies we need to keep our numbers up! Please help your fellow patrollers, and recruit someone today. Send them to Zims to sign up, or to our website for our ebook! www.skipatrolcanada.com

Our Training Department has been recertified, and they’re ready to help us all get there, too! All recerts are in the calendar, and we need you to sign up today. Courses are set to a maximum number of students and any member can sign up for any course in the Zone, so please don’t miss out on re-certifying with your own patrol, assuming you want to! The recerts start the weekend after Labour Day, so let’s get moving. For those that are now second year patrollers, the recertification is of your first aid skills. So it’s the written exam, as well as testing of your first aid skills – easy! When you sign up in Zims, there is a written exam study guide. Your early sign-up savings of $15 is only until September 15th. How many coffees can you buy for your fellow patrollers for $15 this season? https://zims.skipatrolcentral.com
