Without you, we couldn’t have done it! Due to your support, and through our network of volunteers throughout the country, Theta Phi Alpha continues to make an impact in the lives of our members. Here are just a few examples of the success we experienced last year. • Set a national recruitment record of 1,386 collegiate initiates and 8 alumnae initiates joining Theta Phi Alpha in 2014-2015. • Experienced an increase in average chapter size from 54.9 to 61.6 members. • Recognized an increase in fall 2014 scholarship average GPA among chapters. • Provided over 1,000 women educational programming pertaining to community building, officer leadership development, and improving the Greek Life experience. • Recognized collegiate members for raising over $76,000 for philanthropic causes and performing 23,000 hours of community service. • Sponsored an alumnae day of activities at Leadership Conference 2015. • Established and installed two new alumnae associations. • Increased staffing to meet the needs of our membership. This coming year we plan to focus on developing a membership education program for all members, revising and editing extension materials, and developing alumnae engagement programs. You will also see a more active presence on our social media channels in an effort to keep you better informed about our progress and news along the way. But we won’t be able to do it alone! We hope you will continue your lifelong commitment to Theta Phi Alpha and our programs and services by supporting our annual alumnae giving program.
